These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our website, www.fivlancerr.com, which connects Indian freelancers with clients from around the world.
By using Fivlancerr, you agree to follow these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who Can Use Fivlancerr
– Only Indian citizens can register as freelancers or service providers.
– Clients from any country can create accounts and hire freelancers.
– You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
2. Your Account
– You must provide true and accurate information while signing up.
– Do not share your password with anyone.
– You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.
– We may suspend or close your account if you break any rules.
3. Using Fivlancerr
– Freelancers can create, list, and sell services (“gigs”) to clients.
– Clients can hire freelancers, make payments, and get work delivered through the platform.
– All communication and project delivery should happen only through Fivlancerr.com.
4. Payments
– All payments are made through secure Indian gateway such as Razorpay.
– Fivlancerr charges a service fee or commission on each completed transaction.
– Funds are released to freelancers after successful delivery and client approval.
5. Taxes
– Freelancers are responsible for paying their own income tax and GST (if applicable).
– Fivlancerr may provide necessary invoices or receipts upon request.
6. Fair Use and Behavior
– Be respectful to clients and freelancers.
– No fake reviews, spam, or misuse of the platform.
– Any attempt to take business outside Fivlancerr (to avoid fees) may lead to account suspension.
7. Ownership and Rights
– Freelancers own the original work until payment is completed.
– Once a client pays in full, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client (unless otherwise agreed).
8. Disputes
– If any issue arises between a client and a freelancer, both should first try to resolve it directly through chat.
– If not resolved, Fivlancerr’s support team can step in to mediate.
– Fivlancerr’s decision in disputes is final.
9. Platform Rights
– We may update or change parts of this website at any time.
– Fivlancerr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or Indian law.
10. Limitation of Liability
– Fivlancerr is a platform, not an employer of freelancers.
– We are not responsible for the quality or timing of freelance work.
– Use the website at your own risk; we do our best to keep it safe and secure.
