For Freelancers
1. Who can become a freelancer on Fivlancerr?
Only Indian citizens above 18 years old can register as freelancers. You’ll need valid Indian identification (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) during sign‑up.
2. Can I work with clients from outside India?
Yes! Clients can be from any part of the world. You can deliver projects globally while being based in India.
3. How do I get paid?
Payments are released to your linked Indian bank account once the client approves the project delivery. We use safe gateways such as Razorpay for Indian transactions.
4. Does Fivlancerr charge any fees?
Yes. A small service fee or commission (usually 30%) is deducted from each completed project to maintain the platform and support system.
5. How do I create a strong freelancer profile?
– Add a clear profile photo – Describe your skills and experience accurately – Upload portfolio samples or previous work – Use clear titles and pricing for your services (“gigs”)
6. What happens if a client does not accept my work?
If you and the client disagree about the final delivery, you can start a dispute through the platform. Fivlancerr will review both sides and help reach a fair resolution.
7. When do I receive my payments?
Once a project is marked as completed and approved, payments are released within 3–5 working days to your registered Indian bank.
For Clients
1. Who can hire on Fivlancerr?
Anyone — from India or any other country — can register and hire Indian freelancers for projects.
2. How do I post a project?
Sign up as a client, describe your project requirement, set your budget, and publish it. Freelancers can then send you proposals or gig offers.
3. How do I make payments?
All payments are made safely through Fivlancerr’s payment system using Razorpay. Funds stay secure until the work is approved.
4. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Refunds are possible only in special situations, such as undelivered work, poor quality, or mutually agreed cancellation, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Can I communicate directly with the freelancer?
Yes. After hiring, you can use Fivlancerr’s built‑in chat system to discuss project details securely. All communication should remain within the platform.
6. How do I report a problem with a freelancer?
Go to the project dashboard, click Report or Dispute, explain your concern, and attach evidence (messages, files, screenshots). Our support team will step in.
